Event policies
Golfing for Smiles is hosted by Miles for Smiles D.E.P.O.T. These policies cover how registration, payment, and event-day logistics work — written plainly, the way we would explain them in person.
Registration and payment
Payment is by Stripe only — secure card checkout on this site.
Your spot is held once you confirm. Complete Stripe payment when prompted to finalize your registration.
Refunds and cancellations
Refund and cancellation requests are handled personally by the organizers. Email Smile@Milesforsmiles.com or call 318-317-2800 with your confirmation number, and we will work through your situation with you.
Weather
If weather forces a delay, reschedule, or cancellation, we contact every registered player by email as soon as a decision is made. If the tournament is rescheduled, your registration transfers automatically to the new date.
Roster changes
Golfer names on a registration can be changed up until the week of the event. Contact the organizers with your confirmation number and the updated names, and we will take care of the rest.
Photography
Photos taken at the event may be used to promote future Miles for Smiles D.E.P.O.T events. If you prefer not to appear in event photography, let us know at check-in and we will honor that.
Privacy
We collect only the information needed to run the tournament — names, contact details, and payment records. Your information is never sold. To have your information removed after the event, contact the organizers and we will remove it.
Tax status
Miles For Smiles D.E.P.O.T. is a recognized tax-exempt charitable organization (EIN: 88-3620807). Your sponsorships and donations may be tax-deductible. Please consult your tax advisor.
